Don't put in a Ring System.Just buy a Rottweiler.
Ring set up is easy ,then there are 9 million possible settings you can adjust. I called the tech number and got a lovely young man named AI.We tried various fixes and to no avail.
He then switched me to a live help lady, who was very kind yet I couldn't understand her accent.
We muddled through a few more fix initiatives and then concluded that the unit was faulty and they would replace it .They are sending rush delivery and hopefully that solves the problem.
Don't get me wrong we have four ring devices and love the technology.
My wife and I have put an add in the M.I.T. On line newspaper to hire a full time tech assistant to cope with Ring, Sonos ,Various phone apps , as well as thermostat control and especially Car Apps of which there are hundreds in both our automobiles .One being AUTONOMOUS driving which is very scary as I cant let go of the car steering wheel for over15 second's before I don't trust it. I also like to drive , How dare I !
